The money would be used to organize three movie nights open to the public in Pikisaari in the fall: a Kaurismäki evening during Night of the Arts, a mainstream movie night during Oulu Days, and a horror movie night in September in cooperation with the IIK Festival. The movies would be viewed in an outdoor cinema built on a parking area.
