An inappropriate message can, for example:
- contain swearing or vulgar expressions,
- does not relate to the topic under discussion or links to materials that do not support the subject of discussion,
- is not necessarily unlawful, but is offensive to a person or group of persons
- contains commercial messages, or
- contains the personal or contact details of another private individual.
