Instructions for voting

The voting takes place on osallistu.oulu.fi
Click the "Go to vote" button on the front page. After clicking the button, you will be directed to the page where you can see all the proposals and vote for them.
Familiarize yourself with the proposals. Read through the proposals and choose your favorites.
Pick one of the plans you want to vote on and click the selection button on the right side of the proposal. You will be directed to authorization.
Authorize yourself electronically through Suomi.fi using your personal online bank information or mobile certificate. Students studying in the public schools of the city of Oulu can also vote with their personal school accounts. Follow the authorization instructions.
After authorization, choose the plans you want to vote on. You can vote for one or more proposals. The sum of the proposals you can vote for cannot exceed the total budget of 240 000 €. You can follow the sum of your chosen proposals on the page. Click the selection button on the right side of the proposal. If you want to change your choices, click the selection button again.
When you have chosen the proposals, click the "Vote" button to cast your vote. Your vote will be saved after you have clicked the "Vote" button and confirmed your vote.
Thank you for voting! If you change your mind, you can delete the given votes and vote again.
When you are ready, you may sign out.
