Participatory budgeting in Oulu in 2021

A café of peers for young people between the ages of 13 and 25 in need of special support will be organized in Kaijonharju in October-November. There will be eight café sessions, on Mondays from 5 to 8 p.m. Two instructors and two assistants will be recruited for the café.
