   Propose an idea

   The people of Oulu come up with ideas, plan and vote to decide how the City of Oulu will use 50,000 euros to improve the well-being of the residents.

   17/05/2021 - 15/08/2021

   Evaluation and co-development of ideas

   After the search for ideas, all feasible ideas are developed into proposals for vote together with the residents, communities and experts working for the city. A budget will be created for the ideas for the voting.

   23/08/2021 - 05/09/2021

   Voting

   During the voting phase, Oulu residents can vote on which ideas they want to move forward to implementation. Every resident in Oulu who is 13 years of age (this year) or older can vote.

   08/09/2021 - 14/09/2021

   Publication of results

   After the results of the vote are counted, the results will be published on this site.

5. 5
   14/09/2021 - 31/12/2021

   Implementation

   After the vote, based on the results, the city will implement the ideas that receive the most votes and fit into the budget of 50,000 euros.
