Picking up rubbish into bins – painting the rubbish bins

Artists will be recruited to paint rubbish bins. The aim is to beautify the environment and encourage people to put rubbish in the right place. Rubbish bins will be placed in all areas of the city and also in the most widely used quarters.
Oulu Artists Association and the Roska päivässä movement cooperate to paint the rubbish bins.
