Just prepare and build when it’s cold enough for ice to stay on the ground and maintain it that way till the ice season/winter over. \n\nIt shouldn’t be only for one or two winters, instead, it should be there each winter. \n\nCompanies could sponsor part of the costs resulting from building the rinks by having their advertisements around the fence. \n\nThis would not only provide outdoor activity opportunities for families living in the city centre, but also it would help to attract and encourage more families live in or nearby city centre, thus increase liveliness to the city.\n"]
