Participatory Budgeting in Oulu in 2025

The money will be used to organize touring music performances in nursing homes in different parts of Oulu.

• Design is underway
• Agreements with perfomers have been made. Three different operators will perfrom: solos, duos and trios. The concerts will include musical memories, sing-a-longs, kantele mediation, radiomusic, song you heard at school, and folk music.
• Schedule is being made.
