Participatory Budgeting in Oulu in 2025

The money will be used to organize events and concerts for children and families in different libraries. The events and concerts will be organized especially in Oulu’s border areas.

• Pentti Punkin syntymäpäivät duo will perform in October-November in the Rajakylä, Oulunsalo, Kello, Yli-Ii and Ylikiiminki Libraries.
